OVEN BAKED BABY BACKS

Grilling and smoking isn’t the only way to make delicious, fall off the bone baby back ribs. The right seasoning (has to be Backstage Squealer!) cooked low n’ slow in an oven will make for some flavorful fall off the bone tender ribs.

Step One: Ingredients

  • Two racks of baby back pork ribs

  • 4 oz. of Backstage Squealer seasoning and dry rub for pork 

Step Two: Prepare

  • Preheat oven to 250°F

  • Trim as needed and rinse pork ribs, pat dry with paper towel

  • Remove membrane from the back of the ribs

  • Place on foil lined cookie sheet or pan with non stick spray meat side up

  • Coat ribs on both sides generously with Backstage Squealer and pat

  • Cover ribs tightly with foil

 Step Three: Bake

  1. Bake on center rack in oven for 3 hours

  2. Open foil and broil under high for 10 minutes

  3. Remove and let the ribs rest for 5-10 minutes and serve

TIP: Stash away 2-3 ribs in the refrigerator. The next day slice off the meat and add some nacho chips and shredded cheddar for AMAZING nachos.
