CHICKEN STRIPS THAT ROCK
There are chicken strips, and then there are chicken strips that rock! This is a simple, quick 3-ingredient recipe that’s both simple enough for the kids and tasty for the adult rockers.
Step One: Ingredients
- Cut Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts into 1 inch thick strips lengthwise 
- 3/4 cup of unseasoned bread crumbs 
- 1/2 cup of American Thighs rub and spice blend for poultry 
Step Two: Prepare
- Preheat oven to 400°F 
- Combine American Thighs and bread crumbs 
- Coat chicken strips in mixture coating all sides (shaking all in a plastic bag works well) 
- Place coated strips on a non-stick (or use non-stick spray) cookie sheet or pan 
Step Three: Bake
- Bake on center rack in oven for 10 minutes 
- After 10 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 minutes or until done 
TIP: For crispier strips, place under broiler on high for final 3-4 minutes of baking.
